Francie Nordin is a seasoned expert in Revenue Cycle Management, FRM development, Market Access advising, and Patient Advocacy consulting.
Francie’s career began in 2009 at a multifaceted oncology clinic, where she led the Patient Advocate team and coordinated the autologous stem cell transplant program. She secured expedited Medicaid approvals, preventing treatment delays.
She later managed an outpatient hospital Patient Service Department in Lewiston, Idaho, developing best practices and training staff. In Spokane, Francie uncovered $1.5 million in denied claims due to third-party billing errors, transitioned billing in-house, and implemented practices that significantly reduced reimbursement times.
Francie has consulted pharmaceutical organizations, building non-clinical speakers, market access, and FRM teams. In 2022, she became a Field Reimbursement Manager, developing state-specific payer reports and training other FRMs. Promoted to Lead Field Reimbursement Manager, she managed national accounts and large organization relationships. In addition, she has consulted as a revenue cycle manager of a large, critical access, 340B hospital oncology department, dedicated to improving patient care, empowering providers, and fostering pharma partnerships.
